Loving Kindness Resources

Loving Kindness Meditation, also known as Metta, or Maitrī Meditation; is a practice about cultivating love, and applying it as a life-changing force.

According to Sharon Salzberg, loving kindness meditation is a timeless method for unlocking your heart’s immense healing resources. At first the practitioner is targeting “oneself, then loved ones, neutral ones, difficult ones and finally all beings, with variations across traditions.
